Verion Limited develops innovative fintech software solutions designed to help businesses manage and streamline their operations. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in enhancing and expanding our software platform.

The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing new features, improving existing functionality, maintaining system performance, and helping deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. You will work closely with management, stakeholders, and customers to understand requirements and transform them into reliable, scalable solutions.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial Full Stack Development experience
- Strong PHP development experience
- Strong JavaScript development experience
- AWS knowledge and experience working with cloud infrastructure
- Strong UI and front-end development skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Experience with database design and management
- Understanding of API development and third-party integrations
- Experience using Git version control
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience working within fintech, financial services, payments, or banking systems
- Experience handling sensitive customer and financial data
- Understanding of software security best practices
- Portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of previous work
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar
- Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience working within Agile development environments
- Strong testing, debugging, and optimisation skills
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Experience working in a fast-paced software development environment

- Develop, maintain, and improve our fintech software platform
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
- Integrate third-party services and external platforms
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues
- Optimise application performance and reliability
