As a Senior Jewellery Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape the Steven Stone experience, both online and offline. You will spearhead innovative design and communications efforts across various channels, creating memorable experiences for our valued clientele.

This role demands flexibility, initiative, and a proactive approach to ensure that each customer's interaction with Steven Stone is extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clienteling
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives and KPIs
  • Effectively manage client inquiries
  • Handle transactions of varying value with equal enthusiasm and attention
  • Maintain exemplary merchandising and showroom standards

  • Knowledgeable in fine diamonds/gems, luxury jewellery/high-value items
  • Experienced in retail and sales with strong customer service skills

  • Flexible, reliable, confident, resilient, determined, and enthusiastic
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency

Prefered but not required qualifications:

FGA, DGA, Graduate Gemmologist (GIA), Graduate of Diamonds (GIA), Accredited Jewellery Professional or similar qualifications preferred.
