Full job description

Location: Head Office, Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven, eager to learn, and has a genuine interest in fine jewellery and luxury watches.

Working closely with our team, you will play an important role in managing our online presence and supporting customers across a variety of retail sales channels. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal position for someone looking to develop valuable skills within the luxury retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product photography/ editing.
  • Upload and manage product listings on our website.
  • Create accurate and engaging product descriptions.
  • Handle customer enquiries received through our website and other online sales channels.
  • Maintain product information, pricing, and inventory records.
  • Assist with online sales administration and customer service.
  • Support the ongoing development and presentation of our online product catalogue.

Training & Development

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training in:

  • Product photography for fine jewellery and luxury watches.
  • Image editing and preparation for online listings.
  • Shopify e-commerce platform management.
  • Best practices in online retail and customer service.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
  • Has a strong interest in fine jewellery, luxury watches, or the luxury goods sector.
  • Possesses excellent attention to detail.
  • Has good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is comfortable working with computers and online systems.
  • Can work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, photography, or Shopify is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
