Full job description

Jewellery Design Assistant

Full-Time

We are looking for someone experienced in our friendly CAD and Design team in our city centre workshop.

Salary dependant on experience

Key responsibilities

  • Face-to-face design consultations
  • Face-to-face repair consultations
  • Liaising with clients over phone and email
  • Estimates
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties

Skills

  • A passion for design, jewellery and customer service
  • A general understanding of jewellery design concepts
  • A positive team worker with excellent problem solving and ogranisation skills
  • Sound IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft programmes, namely Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop skills would also be highly desirable, but not essential.
