Job Description
To support the continued growth of our Houses, Kering is introducing a dedicated Talent Acquisition Hub based in the UK that will provide specialist recruitment expertise across our multiple Houses. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across Corporate and Retail functions, partnering with stakeholders to attract, identify and secure high-quality talent while contributing to the performance and success of the Talent Acquisition Hub.
Your opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Partner delivers end-to-end recruitment services across multiple Kering Houses and will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Hub Manager. The role requires strong recruitment expertise, partnering with HR teams and hiring managers to deliver effective talent acquisition solutions while maintaining consistent service excellence across brands, functions and hiring volumes.
How you will contribute
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Corporate and Retail roles, from role briefing through to offer acceptance, delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience across both individual and high-volume recruitment activity.
- Partner closely with HR teams and hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce needs and hiring challenges, providing expert recruitment advice, market insights and talent acquisition strategies that support informed hiring decisions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, attract and engage high-quality and diverse talent, building strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, external partnerships, campus initiatives and employer branding activities.
- Actively contribute to the success of the Recruitment Hub by working collaboratively across multiple Houses, adapting to different brand cultures and priorities, and supporting the achievement of shared team objectives.
- Ensure the consistent application of Group Talent Acquisition processes, tools and standards, maintaining high levels of data quality, governance and compliance while identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment practices and ways of working.
- Monitor recruitment activity to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and positive hiring outcomes for the business.
Who you are
- End-to-end recruitment delivery – experienced in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across Corporate and Retail functions.
- Stakeholder partnership and influencing – builds trusted relationships with HR teams and hiring managers, providing expert guidance and recruitment solutions that support business objectives.
- Talent sourcing and market expertise – identifies, attracts and engages high-calibre talent through a range of sourcing channels, talent mapping and proactive pipeline development.
- Collaboration and relationship building – works effectively across multiple brands and stakeholder groups, fostering strong partnerships and contributing to shared team success.
- Adaptability and prioritisation – effectively manages multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and responsiveness while adapting to changing business needs.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment is essential. Experience using Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and familiarity with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools are required, while knowledge of Eightfold would be advantageous.
