Diamond & Jewellery Sales Consultant – Bespoke Engagement Rings

Join London’s Leading Bespoke Jeweller

Flawless Fine Jewellery is an award-winning Hatton Garden jeweller specialising in bespoke engagement rings, fine diamond jewellery, and rare gemstones.
We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and detail-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team at our London showroom.

You’ll play a key role in guiding clients through our bespoke design process — from initial consultation to final creation — helping them select the perfect diamond or gemstone and ensuring every piece reflects their personal story.

The Role

As a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our jewellery collections, gemstones, and bespoke creation process — and communicate this confidently to clients.
  • Welcome clients for in-person consultations at our Hatton Garden showroom, providing tailored advice and design recommendations.
  • Handle customer enquiries by email, phone, and LiveChat, ensuring every client receives a timely, thoughtful response.
  • Guide clients through our bespoke design service, preparing accurate quotations for engagement rings, wedding rings, and fine jewellery.
  • Assist clients in choosing diamonds and gemstones that meet their aesthetic and budget requirements.
  • Liaise with our in-house CAD designer to translate client ideas into detailed 3D designs.
  • Provide after-sales support, including care guidance, resizing coordination, and review follow-ups.
  • Maintain the presentation and elegance of the showroom, ensuring displays always reflect our luxury standards.

What We’re Looking For

You are a confident communicator with a passion for jewellery and genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional client experiences. You thrive in a high-end environment where attention to detail, relationship building, and service excellence are paramount.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in bespoke or fine jewellery sales (engagement ring experience highly preferred).
  • Passion for diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery craftsmanship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Professional, articulate, and well-presented.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritising under pressure.
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and email communication tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desirable

  • Gemological qualifications such as GIA, Gem-A, or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience working with CAD designers or jewellery production teams.
  • Familiarity with Hatton Garden or other luxury jewellery markets.
