We’re looking for Retail Sales Advisers to join our team and provide an outstanding shopping experience, someone who has a passion for the product and enjoys talking about it. A minimum of three years client facing retail experience is a prerequisite.

We are looking for a candidate that wishes to build a career and help us build our Brand. Independent retail means being passionate, wearing many hats, thinking fast on your feet, moving even faster, taking responsibility and applying great self motivation.

An independent business is built on accountability and responsibility, to your team and clients. Experience in the Watches & Jewellery space would be ideal but some experience in the retail sector is essential.

Working with some of the most important Watch Brands in the world such as Cartier and IWC alongside our luxury Jewellery. As an independent business, you will be hands on with many elements of the business. Established in 1982, we are building our team for the future.

The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

Maturity & Experience – You bring a wealth of retail experience and understand how to engage customers with confidence

Knowledge - An intrinsic thirst for understanding your product and your client base.

Accountability and Responsibility - the successful candidate will enjoy taking on the responsibility to engage clients, follow up and provided a rounded experience while being accountable to the standards set within the business over many years.

Outstanding Customer Service – You take pride in building relationships and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Patience & Humility – You listen, advise, and assist with professionalism and respect while also building a good rapport with your colleagues.

Attention to Detail – You understand the importance of product knowledge, presentation, and conscientiousness

The Role:

- Advising customers with expert product knowledge while also liaising with suppliers and repairers in a dignified fashion

- Watch and Jewellery repairs - understanding and assessing the need of the client, providing clear direction and updates as required

- Liaising with our repair partners and clients to ensure smooth process from deliveries, collections within London - we visit our workshop at least twice a week, this is a very integral part of the role

- Handling inquiries with warmth, patience, and professionalism - you represent the Business at all times

- Maintaining high personal and store standards with exemplary attention to detail - your pride in your appearance and professionalism sets the standard

- Supporting the team with a positive and proactive approach

- Saturday's are mandatory with a set day off in the week

Working on one of London's nicest High Street's, we do not request late nights or Sundays but Saturdays are part and parcel of retail. We are closed on all major Bank Holidays and offer competitive holiday schemes and bonuses. In house and external training is provided, alongside many other perks.

We offer a Competitive salary of between £29,000.00 to £30,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience, before any bonuses.
