Diamond Heaven are currently seeking Full Time Sales Executives with a passion for sales. If you would like to be a part of our team based in our Edinburgh city centre showroom please apply with your C.V

We are an award-winning national leader in Omni Channel Jewellery sales. We are committed to offering not only the finest range of diamond jewellery but also the highest customer service.

The Salary is in line with industry standards and would be Pro Rata based on a day rate along with an attractive commission structure and incentives.

Sales Assistant essential skills:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Sales focused and able to deliver results,
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service,
  • A fast learner,
  • Very well presented.

Day to day tasks:

  • Providing a friendly welcome to all our in-store customers,
  • Window approaches
  • High organisation skills with the ability to prioritise own workload,
  • Various admin roles,
  • Visual merchandising,
  • Negotiating and closing own orders,
  • Taking full responsibility in achieving individual targets and contribute to team targets.

Please note that the applicant must be able to work weekends as these are our peak times of business.

Experience:

  • Retail Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Jewellery experience/knowledge (Preferred)
