The ROX brand was built on its trademark “Diamonds & Thrills” experience to provide every customer with an exciting and personalised shopping journey. With five flagships in the north of the UK, our first showroom in London opened at Battersea Power Station in September 2022.

Job Description

We are looking for a confident, fashion savvy, enthusiastic sales assistant with a real passion to succeed. Ensuring that every customer has a truly memorable Diamonds & Thrills experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for:

· Helping drive a high-performance sales culture

· Achieving personal sales targets

· Providing 5-star hospitality and extra-ordinary customer experience

· Merchandising our jewellery in accordance with our guidelines

· Ensuring superior store standards

· Assisting with day-to-day tasks

· Acting as a brand ambassador for ROX

Skills & Experience

· At least two years sales experience in a highly customer-focused retail or hospitality environment

· Experience of working to targets

· Strong interest in fashion

· A friendly and outgoing personality

· Loads of enthusiasm with a real passion to succeed

· The desire to learn all about diamonds, jewellery and watches
