Location: Trent Vale, Stoke-on-Trent
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pinkstones MG & Used Cars is a successful, family-owned dealership with a reputation for outstanding customer service and professionalism. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Service Advisor to join our aftersales team.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines front-of-house service reception with parts administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Service Advisor Duties

  • Welcoming customers and providing a professional first point of contact.
  • Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and MOTs.
  • Liaising with technicians throughout the day to keep customers informed.
  • Preparing estimates and explaining work required.
  • Processing invoices and arranging vehicle collection.
  • Maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service journey.

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar motor trade role (preferred).
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Be organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Be confident using computer systems and dealership software.
  • Work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
