Pay: £10.00 – £12.21 per hour (Depending on age-related National Minimum Wage)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Packer and assembly operator to join our team. You will be responsible for packing and assembling high end timber, usually oak internal, external door sets and timber garage doors.

Full training given.

All manufactured at our UK factory in Mirfield.

Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine the completeness of orders

- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required

- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately

- Ensure proper alignment, fit, and functionality of assembled and built

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

- Proven experience

- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in basic joinery work

- Ability to read drawings, and specifications accurately

- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts

- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues during the assembly and packing process
