Full job description

Please note: You must have a journalism qualification to be shortlisted for this role.

That's TV Network is the 10th largest entertainment TV network channel operator in the UK. Over 42 per cent of UK adults watched a That's TV channel in 2025.

That's TV's news service, broadcast daily on Freeview channel 7/8, provides local news bulletins for 22 locations - a unique bulletin in each location.

That's TV is now seeking to recruit a multi-skilled journalist to join its news team. This role will contribute to That's TV's news delivery across the East of England.

The successful appointee will have responsibility for setting up and conducting video interviews, editing news reports and scripting / producing local news programming.

This is a rare opportunity to gain significant experience in TV news reporting and production. Over the past decade many That's TV journalists have gone on to gain work with major broadcasters including the BBC, ITV and Sky.

Do you love news? That's TV is seeking ambitious journalists who will want to bin the press releases and find and produce compelling community-focused news stories.

Sorry but due to the volume of applicants, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
