As part of our growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your design career while working on creative projects that make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Role

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will report to the Midweight Graphic Designer and support the Digital Marketing team in creating compelling visual content across our digital and physical channels. This is an ideal role for a designer early in their career: you will receive guidance and mentorship while building hands-on experience across a wide variety of design projects, from marketing collateral to social media and video content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Collateral

Assist in producing marketing materials in line with our brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.

Includes but not limited to; brochures, flyers, posters, promotional items and business cards.

Stand Build Assistance

Collab with the Midweight Graphic Designer designs of visually engaging conference stand builds that represent our brand effectively. Building effective stand builds from concept to final product.

Product Representation

Help create product algorithms to display our product portfolio in an engaging and effective manner.

E-Commerce Assets

Design digital assets optimised for various e-commerce platforms including Shopify and WordPress.

Social Media Content

Design and develop creative digital assets for social media campaigns, including paid media creatives.

Video Editing

Assist with editing raw video footage to produce short-form content for social media and other digital channels.

PowerPoint Design

Support the development of company slide decks in line with our branding to support our sales function.

Learning & Development

Work closely with the midweight Graphic Designer and wider digital marketing team, taking on feedback and developing your skills across the full range of design disciplines.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design (or a related field), or up to 1 year of commercial design experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • An interest in video editing; familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus but not essential – training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take direction.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your creativity and design fundamentals (university, personal or freelance work is welcome).
