Matt Anderson Creative is an independent creative agency based in West Sussex. Trusted by some of the world's leading beauty brands, including L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier and Sol de Janeiro, our work spans across retail, visual merchandising, packaging, digital, social, motion and campaign content.

We're looking for a Junior Creative Artworker to join our fast-paced, growing creative team, working across our exciting portfolio of beauty brands.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role for someone with a great creative eye, obsessive attention to detail and a strong understanding of digital artwork and production. You'll be responsible for bringing creative campaigns to life across multiple formats, markets and channels, working closely with the wider studio to keep projects moving accurately and on deadline.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Adaptation & Localisation: Adapting and localising master creative for different markets, formats and channels, keeping every version accurate and on brand.

Digital Campaign Assets: Resizing digital banners and social assets, and creating digital campaign assets to multiple specifications with a sharp eye for detail.

Video Editing: Editing and adapting video content for OOH and social, working confidently across formats and platforms.

Creative Support: Supporting the wider design team on creative projects when required, contributing ideas and craft skills as needed.

Project & Deadline Management: Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a busy agency environment, staying organised under pressure without losing accuracy.

WHAT YOU BRING

Software Skills: Confident use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects is essential, with a working knowledge of Premiere Pro.

Artwork & Production: Strong digital artwork and production skills, with the accuracy to work across multiple specifications without losing quality or consistency.

Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative eye, with a genuine understanding of design and how good creative should look and feel.

Video Editing Experience: Hands-on experience editing video, comfortable adapting content across formats and channels.

Working Under Pressure: The ability to work well under pressure, managing accuracy across multiple specifications and deadlines at once.

Organisation: Good organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle several live projects at a time.

Attitude: A collaborative, positive approach and a genuine willingness to learn and develop within the team.

Bonus: Agency experience, particularly within beauty, fashion, luxury or lifestyle, would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

If you thrive in a busy environment, love making creative look its best and want to work with exciting beauty brands, we'd love to hear from you.

THE GOOD BITS

Studio: A bright, spacious and friendly independent studio in Storrington, West Sussex.

Hours: 9am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday. This is an office-based role.

Time Off: 20 days' annual leave, increasing with length of service to a maximum of 25 days, plus bank holidays, additional time off over Christmas and your birthday off.

Pension: Company pension contributions.

Development: Learning and development opportunities, with the chance to build your skills and progress your artworking career within a busy creative agency.

The Work: The chance to build your experience across high-profile, real-world projects for some of the world's best-known beauty brands.
