Junior Creative Designer – Home & Lifestyle Products

Graphic Design | Packaging | Product Design | Trend Development

Are you a creative graduate ready to see your designs become real products in stores?

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Creative Designer to join our product development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who wants to build a career in commercial design, packaging, home interiors and product development.

You’ll be involved in the complete creative journey — from researching trends and creating new concepts, through to developing artwork that becomes finished products sold to customers.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves interiors, patterns, colour, typography and creating products people use every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product & Surface Design

  • Creating fresh and exciting designs for our ranges of doormats, runners and home products
  • Developing seasonal collections including Spring/Summer, Autumn/Winter ranges
  • Researching future trends, colours, patterns and lifestyle influences
  • Producing mood boards, trend inspiration and creative concepts
  • Designing graphics, illustrations, typography and repeat patterns
  • Creating digital product mock-ups and presentations

Packaging & Branding

  • Designing eye-catching retail packaging
  • Creating labels, product cards, displays and point-of-sale material
  • Preparing artwork ready for production
  • Helping bring new product launches to life

Marketing & Creative Content

  • Designing:
  • Publications and brochures
  • Customer presentations
  • Digital marketing material
  • Lifestyle images and product visuals

About You

You may be a recent graduate or have some industry experience. More importantly, you’ll have creativity, enthusiasm and a desire to learn.

We’re looking for someone who has:

✔ A creative portfolio showcasing ideas and design ability
✔ A passion for interiors, lifestyle products, fashion or trends
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Great organisation skills
✔ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ The confidence to share creative ideas

✔ Manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment

✔ Ability to work well to deadlines and under pressure

Creative Skills

Experience using:

✔ Adobe Illustrator
✔ Adobe Photoshop
✔ Adobe InDesign

Bonus skills (but not essential):

⭐ Digital illustration
⭐ Pattern design
⭐ AI creative tools
⭐ Product mock-ups
