Full job description

Job Overview

The role involves managing a growing residential portfolio and supporting our lettings team. You will be working under the guidance of our senior property manager, in a varied, busy office environment, and will be assisting with onboarding new clients (Landlords) and their properties, assisting with the administration of ongoing lettings transactions, managing maintenance requests and contribute to the successful management of our existing property management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new clients, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient.
  • Managing inbound telephone enquiries, assessing the needs of the caller and assisting or directing the call accordingly.
  • Assisting with the administration of sales and lettings progress.
  • Organising property inspections, and essential property visits for gas safety and energy performance certificates and Electrical condition reports, with tenants, team members and third party contractors.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating files
  • Triaging and handling incoming, property maintenance calls/requests
  • Overseeing property maintenance jobs, approving and uploading invoices
  • Preparing properties and files for move in.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 5 days a week, including alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week.
  • All equipment provided
  • Week 1: 4 days during the week, and Saturday. 0900 – 1800 Monday to Friday & 0900 – 1430 on Saturday, with a fixed full day (Tuesday) off during the week.
  • Week 2: Monday - Friday 0900 - 1800.
  • 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays
  • 1-hour dedicated lunchbreak between 1-2pm.

Required Qualifications:

  • Driver with own vehicle

  • Educated to A-Level standard
  • Minimum GSCE Grade B or Grade 5-6 in both Maths and English.
