Wilkinson and Fox are an award winning boutique firm of Chartered Surveyors looking for a dedicated property professional to join our Sales and Valuation team. We work with in a niche area of property delivering exceptional service predominantly used for tax reporting.

The Role

You’ll be out and about conducting viewings and valuations all across London seeing properties of all shapes and sizes. The role provides for a flexible working environment allowing for remote working.

The role is split in to two main areas, 1) Valuation - carry out valuations, find supporting comparable properties and write up reports. 2) Sales – on board clients, conduct viewings and sales progression.

Remuneration in this role comes in the form of basic pay, 6 monthly performance bonuses. To help you maximise your potential we will provide all the equipment, travel and training needed giving you every opportunity to learn and grow in this varied role.

The Candidate

  • Driven self-starter and comfortable with combining working from home and on the move.
  • Willing to learn about new areas of property and valuation
  • Poses excellent communication skills and have a solid understanding of property
  • Time and client management is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
