Key Responsibilities -

  • Handling enquiries via phone and email
  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Managing tenancy paperwork, referencing and compliance checks
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Updating internal systems and applicant records
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors professionally
  • Supporting the wider lettings team with general administration duties
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the lettings process

Experience/ Requirements -

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic IT skills and confidence using digital systems
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Full UK driving licence and own car (Required)
  • Must be able to commute reliably to Bagshot

You will be undertaking a Housing Property Management Level 3 apprenticeship, which typically runs for 18 months. Throughout the programme, you will receive 1-to-1 support from a dedicated tutor while working towards an industry-recognised Housing Property Management Level 3 qualification.

Education and Experience:

  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) desirable
  • Willingness to complete an apprenticeship qualification
  • Previous experience within administration or paperwork-based roles would be beneficial but not essential
  • No previous estate agency experience required, full training will be provided

Hours of Work

  • 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. This will be across 5 days per week, with occasional weekend work when required.

Salary and Benefits

  • Starting pay is £8.00 per hour, with a salary review after a year.
  • Late check-in bonuses available
  • Mileage paid at 20p per mile for travel to and from local apartments.
