Full job description

Minors & Brady are looking for enthusiastic, positive and ambitious people to join Norfolk's fastest growing estate agent. Our dedication to customer service is at the forefront at what we do, therefore we are only interested in hiring people with a great attitude, and full industry training is provided as part of a programme.

We have had superb success from people who have come from the hospitality industry, other sales environments, events and retail. If you are looking for a more reliable career with fantastic progression, then estate agency could be for you.

The ideal candidate will be excited to learn about the property industry and be able to give clients a personable service. Strong communication skills over the phone and in person are preferable. Our job is to help sellers find buyers, to handle the sale and to see the sale through to completion, holding everyone's hands throughout what can be a stressful process via great communication.

This role offers incredible job satisfaction, constant constructive feedback to improve and opportunities to progress, with uncapped earnings, however it is not an 'easy job' and will require relentless hard work.

The ideal candidate must be prepared to work full-time, have a Full U.K. Driving Licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Pay: £16,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
