The Role

We're seeking a performance-driven and enthusiastic Web Designer with a UX/UI focus to join our growing team and expanding service offering. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user journey across a variety of digital platforms, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences that align with our client's business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, web applications, and other digital products.
  • Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, strategists, and clients to translate concepts into functional and impactful designs.
  • Utilise data and analytics to optimise user experience and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.
  • Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our design processes and standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design, ideally within an agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and accessibility principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A proactive and problem solving mindset.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
