Full job description

Stuart Frazer Kitchens are a successful and long established company, who have been designing and installing SieMatic kitchens for over 50 years, from our 3 Northwest showrooms.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and creative person to join our showroom team as a Kitchen CAD / Trainee Sales Designer.

You don’t need previous kitchen design experience. We’ll provide training in our products, design software and sales process. A good eye for detail, confidence speaking with customers and a willingness to learn are what matter most

The role is full time (5 days a week including one weekend day) .

What you’ll do

  • Welcome customers and understand their needs, style and budget.
  • Help plan kitchen layouts and create designs using CAD software.
  • Follow up on enquiries and support customers as their designs develop.
  • Work with colleagues, suppliers and installers to help ensure orders are accurate.
  • Keep customer records, designs and showroom materials organised.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, well-presented showroom.

What we’re looking for

  • A positive, customer-focused approach and clear communication skills.
  • Confidence using computers and an interest in learning CAD design software.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised.
  • An interest in kitchens, interiors, design or home improvement.
  • A practical, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Live within a commutable distance of our Prestwich showroom (M25 3BD).

What we offer

Retail, sales, design or customer-service experience would be helpful, but it isn’t essential. Training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience and suitability for the role.
