Freelance Event Photographer & Videographer (London)

Date: Friday, 23 October 2026
Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (4 hours on-site)
Location: Central London

OverviewWe are seeking a talented, adaptable Photographer & Videographer to capture high-quality still images and video content during an afternoon event featuring our tutors and students.

You will focus on capturing natural, engaging interactions, candid teaching moments, polished student portraits, and short video clips for social media and marketing use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Still Photography: High-resolution candid shots of tutors teaching and interacting with students, student group shots, and individual portraits.
  • Video Content: Short, crisp video clips (horizontal and vertical formats) capturing energy, brief student/tutor highlights, and B-roll suitable for social media (Instagram Reels/TikTok) and website promo content.
  • Lighting & Setup: Manage lighting and audio effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven portfolio demonstrating strong experience in corporate, educational, or event photography and short-form videography.
  • Professional equipment capable of producing high-definition photo and video content (including external audio setup for video snippets where needed).
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced setting without distracting from ongoing sessions.
  • Quick turnaround time for initial edited deliverables.

Deliverables & Timeline

  • Raw Content: High-resolution digital files (photos & raw video clips) delivered within 1 week of the shoot.
  • Edited Photo Selection: A curated selection of 40–50 color-graded, high-res photos suitable for web and print.
  • Video B-roll: Clean, organized video clips formatted for social media and general promotional use.
