Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector
Bury, BL9
£27,100 base salary + uncapped commission
Realistic £35k–£45k year 1 | £60k+ year 2 | £80k–£100k+ top performers

The role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build relationships with primary and secondary schools (working hours – 7:30AM – 5:00PM)
- Source, interview, and place teachers and support staff
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from first call to placement
- Develop your own client base and candidate network
- Work towards individual revenue targets
- Deliver a high level of service in a fast-moving environment
What we’re looking for
- Ambitious and competitive individuals
- Confident communicators (phone-based experience preferred)
- Strong work ethic and resilience
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
