The Company

This growing technology and data startup is based in central London. It was spun out of an established investment firm with more than 40 years of industry experience and a global property portfolio.

The business is developing new data products to improve how investment opportunities are assessed and where value can be created. You will join a close-knit team that values curiosity, collaboration and practical learning.

The Role

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will join a team led by an experienced Head of Data and work alongside colleagues across data engineering, data science and analytics.

Several other graduates are already part of the team, creating a supportive environment where you can ask questions, exchange ideas and build confidence. You will contribute to live analytical projects while developing the technical, commercial and communication skills needed for a long-term career in data.

  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and potential investment opportunities.
  • Help build data tools and products used in investment decision-making.
  • Turn complex findings into clear insights for business stakeholders.
  • Support strategic projects with accurate, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, data science and analytics colleagues.
  • Develop commercial awareness by seeing how data shapes investment choices.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • A degree in IT, mathematics, statistics, engineering or a related analytical subject.
  • Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with numerical information.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain findings simply.
  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning from others.
  • Availability to work five days a week from the Soho office.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible.
