Full job description
To ensure communication, productivity and speed, we work from the office 4 out of 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role. If you are not able to commit, please don’t apply. We are not flexible on this element of the role.

Leafe is a food-tech startup on a mission to make chefs’ and hospitality professionals’ lives less stressful by enabling them to manage their entire operation from one easy-to-use app.

The Role
You will be the “First Responder” to every inbound trial sign-up.
You won’t be cold-calling random lists, you’ll be reaching out to busy Chefs, General Managers and Owners who have already signed up for a Leafe trial. In hospitality, timing is everything. Your job is to eliminate our speed-to-lead bottleneck by ensuring every warm lead is contacted immediately, properly qualified, and passed to the senior sales team for high-value demos.
You are the engine behind our sales growth.
Desired Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience (essential)
- Confident and professional on the phone
- High energy and resilience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Coachable and open to feedback
Bonus Requirements
- Experience in an SDR or high-volume outbound sales role
- Experience with CRM tools (Vitally, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Experience in a fast-paced startup
