Full job description

To ensure communication, productivity and speed, we work from the office 4 out of 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role. If you are not able to commit, please don’t apply. We are not flexible on this element of the role.

About Leafe

Leafe is a food-tech startup on a mission to make chefs’ and hospitality professionals’ lives less stressful by enabling them to manage their entire operation from one easy-to-use app.

While we build technology, we have deep roots in hospitality. We work hard, adapt to what’s best for the team, and keep corporate smoke-and-mirrors to an absolute minimum. Your mental health is prioritised, your work is valued, and your impact is visible.

The Role

You will be the “First Responder” to every inbound trial sign-up.

You won’t be cold-calling random lists, you’ll be reaching out to busy Chefs, General Managers and Owners who have already signed up for a Leafe trial. In hospitality, timing is everything. Your job is to eliminate our speed-to-lead bottleneck by ensuring every warm lead is contacted immediately, properly qualified, and passed to the senior sales team for high-value demos.

You are the engine behind our sales growth.

Desired Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience (essential)
  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • High energy and resilience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Coachable and open to feedback

Bonus Requirements

  • Experience in an SDR or high-volume outbound sales role
  • Experience with CRM tools (Vitally, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup

Salary and Benefits

  • £25,000–£30,000 per year
  • 26 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays)
  • Private one-to-one counselling and mental health sessions
  • Gym or sports membership of your choosing
  • Regular team restaurant visits and culinary experiences
  • Learning and personal development allowance
  • Tech and hardware accessories budget
  • Employee stock options scheme
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
  • Relaxed office dress
