Job Title: Social Media Manager

About Us:
SnackVerse is a vibrant and growing snack brand that aims to bring delicious and exciting snack experiences to our community. We're looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to lead our social media strategy and drive community engagement across multiple platforms.

Role Overview:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing the brand’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others. This includes moderating content, engaging with followers, leading influencer outreach, and developing strategies to grow our online community and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with comments on Facebook, Instagram, and DMs, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a positive brand presence.
  • Content Leadership: Oversee content planning, coordination, and posting across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and voice.
  • User-Generated Content (UGC): Lead the strategy for gathering and utilising UGC, working with the paid marketing team to incorporate it into ad strategies.
  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for sponsored posts, product gifting, and collaborations.
  • Marketing Strategy: Brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas to boost engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of social media coordinators to ensure tasks are being completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Additional Tasks: Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, product research, and brand partnerships to expand Snackverse’s reach.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Strong communication and community management skills.
  • Ability to manage and inspire a small team.
  • Proven experience with influencer marketing and UGC.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for snack culture and social media trends.
