Full-time | Permanent | Remote | Exciting Salary

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Developer to join our small, passionate, and fast-moving UK development team. This is a fully remote role with occasional client-facing work, and you'll be playing a key role in shaping and delivering our growing product suite.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Developer, you’ll:

  • Lead the design and development of new software features and tools
  • Oversee code quality and contribute hands-on across the stack
  • Work with our Australian and UK-based developer teams while guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level developers
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape project direction
  • Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solve complex problems and ensure smooth integration of systems
  • Own the full development lifecycle — from planning to deployment and support
  • Work with clients and our amazing team

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring:

  • Masters in IT, computer engineering, computer science or related
  • 5+ years of commercial development experience
  • Strong skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TWIG
  • Experience with modern JS frameworks Angular (10+), Vue.js, and Node.js
  • Experience in Google Cloud tools (e.g. Firebase, Firestore)
  • A solid understanding of database design, APIs, performance and security
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring others
  • A clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non-tech folks
