Hunters' client is a well-established Brighton software company specialising in software solutions for the manufacturing sector. They are looking for a Testing & Software Support Technician to join their existing team.

Testing & Software Support Technician - The Role
  • Test the company's software and work closely with developers to identify and resolve issues
  • Take incoming customer support calls and emails, investigating problems and providing assistance
  • Research and reproduce technical issues before escalating them to the development team
  • Accurately log customer calls, issues and resolutions
  • Assist with software and technical projects as required
Testing & Software Support Technician - About You
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Science, Maths or a related subject
  • A genuine interest in software and technology
  • Good attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
  • The ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion
