  • Define, prepare, execute, and report on testing activities in alignment with the overall Test Strategy
  • Ensure all testing outputs are high quality and meet business requirements
  • Apply risk-based testing techniques and clearly communicate approach and rationale
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support testing delivery
  • Contribute to test scoping, impact assessments, and effort estimation
  • Identify and communicate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Support business stakeholders in planning and executing UAT
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices
  • Assist in resolving production issues to minimise business disruption
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and standards

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly

  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience or exposure to tools such as Selenium WebDriver
  • Knowledge of UI/API automation, performance, and load testing
  • Familiarity with Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration

What We’re Looking For
  • A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow
  • Someone who can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive individual who takes ownership of their work
  • A continuous learner who embraces feedback and development opportunities

Why Join Us?
  • Structured development plan to support your career progression
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact projects
