Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Web Designer & Developer to join our creative team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing visually compelling, user-friendly websites and developing seamless web applications. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging, responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React and Angular.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups utilizing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, and Axure to visualize user interfaces and interactions.
  • Implement front-end features with attention to usability, accessibility, and SEO best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Maintain and update existing websites built on content management systems like WordPress and Drupal, ensuring smooth operation and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, content creators, and back-end developers to deliver cohesive digital products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine interfaces based on data analysis from tools like Google Analytics.
  • Manage website maintenance tasks such as troubleshooting issues, optimizing load times, and applying updates using Git version control.

Skills

  • Proficiency in web design principles including UI/UX design, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end development languages: HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (with frameworks like React, Angular, Redux), AJAX, and Node.js.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite (including Dreamweaver), and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with content management systems including WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint; experience with website maintenance is essential.
  • Ability to implement responsive web design techniques for optimal display across devices using Bootstrap or Telerik frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies to enhance website visibility; experience with Google Analytics for data analysis is advantageous.
  • Experience working with version control systems like Git; familiarity with Python or PHP for back-end development is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of usability testing methods and information architecture principles; experience with wireframing tools such as InVision or VHDL is beneficial.
