Black Marketing Cardiff is a face-to-face sales and marketing company based in Cardiff. We work alongside recognised UK brands to represent their products and services directly to customers.

We’re currently looking for ambitious Trainee Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Whether you have previous sales experience or are completely new to the industry, you’ll receive full training, daily coaching and ongoing mentorship to help you develop your skills and progress within the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Sales Consultant, your role will involve:

• Speaking with customers face-to-face in residential areas
• Representing recognised UK brands and promoting their products and services
• Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
• Learning the complete sales process, from initial approach through to closing
• Recording customer information accurately
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Attending daily training, sales briefings and development sessions
• Receiving regular coaching and feedback to improve your performance

No previous sales experience is required. Our training programme is designed to take you from the fundamentals of communication and customer engagement through to confidently managing the full sales process.

Your Earnings Are Performance-Based

This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity, meaning there is no fixed salary. Your earnings are directly linked to your individual performance.

The advertised £25k–£31k OTE represents potential annual earnings based on typical performance, while commission is fully uncapped, giving high performers the opportunity to earn beyond this level.
