Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. **Job Analysis and Planning**: - Collaborate with healthcare managers to understand specific staffing needs, job descriptions, and qualifications required for each position. - Develop recruitment strategies tailored to the specific roles and the needs of the organization.

2. **Sourcing Candidates**: - Utilize various recruiting platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. - Build and maintain a database of candidates and actively engage with healthcare professionals in the community.

3. **Screening Resumes and Applications**: - Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the job requirements. - Conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

4. **Conducting Interviews**: - Organize and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates. - Develop interview questions that align with the skills and competencies required for the role.

5. **Reference Checks and Background Screening**: - Perform background checks and reference checks to verify candidates’ work history and credentials. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards regarding licensure and certifications.

6. **Candidate Management**: - Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. - Offer guidance and support to candidates regarding the application process and necessary documentation.

7. **Job Offer Negotiation**: - Assist hiring managers in preparing job offers, including salary negotiations and benefits discussions. - Ensure that offers are competitive and attract top talent.

8. **Onboarding Coordination**: - Collaborate with HR and managerial staff to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. - Arrange orientation sessions and training programs as needed.

9. **Maintaining Relationships**: - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Engage with candidates for future opportunities or referrals, even if they are not selected.

10. **Tracking and Reporting**: - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate feedback) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies. - Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress and challenges.

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and various professional roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance regulations. - Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and healthcare professionals. Pay: £26,624.00-£27,500.00 per year
