Then we've got an exciting opportunity for you to join our KFC team as an Assistant Manager!

You will be known as an Assistant Restaurant General Manager or ARGM.

Our Assistant Managers not only run shifts, but you are an authentic brand ambassador who also happens to love our chicken and chips. Our Assistant Managers have a wealth of experience coming from a variety of backgrounds, and you will partner with your General Manager to run the restaurant like your own, but develop your own skills ready to take on your own restaurant when you're ready.

You will not only be joining the KFC team but the Soul Foods family. Soul Foods Group of Companies is a family-owned business, established in the UK but now with an established portfolio in Canada, comprising of four global brands: KFC, Starbucks, Burger King (in Canada) and Taco Bell, totalling over 400 restaurants.

Responsibilities:

• The Colonel's Family is our 'other' secret. We like to think of our people as the 12th ingredient of our famous recipe
• Every Guest Leaves Happy is about ensuring we treat every guest like a friend in our home
• Show me the Chicken Sales is to help your General Manager plan for every opportunity to maximise fried chicken sales
• Financial management — if you have ever wondered how a business works then the experience doesn't get better than this

Requirements:

• Experience of leading a team on shift in an operational, fast-paced environment
• Drive and passion
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis
