Responsibilities
- Execute construction projects including new roofs, repairs, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of extensions and loft conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Builder or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
