We are seeking experienced Support Worker's to provide compassionate, person-centred support to individuals in our care. You’ll work closely with our management team to promote stability, emotional regulation, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide one-to-one support to our young people

· Support emotional regulation and crisis intervention strategies

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families

· Maintain accurate records and support care planning

· Promote independence, safety, and emotional wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience working with young people

· Relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ, Degree, Diploma in Mental Health or Psychology)
