Job Title: Nursery Key Worker
Location: Islington
Type: 35 hours a week, Shift rota basis 8-4 / 9.30-5.30 / 10-6
Salary: £18.00 an hour (dependant on experience and qualification levels)

This key worker role will involve working with children aged 2-3 years old, making observations, planning lessons and liaising with parents.
This Nursery aims to provide every child with the best possible start through excellent teaching, strong family partnerships, and a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to thrive, achieve their potential, and become confident, responsible individuals.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum level 2 of a relevant childcare qualification and Early Years experience (essential)
- EYFS knowledge
- Passion for child development
- Strong communication skills
- Paediatric First Aid Qualification (essential with qualification)
- Driving license (preferred but not essential)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foster a safe, nurturing space for children aged 0-5
- Participate in engaging activities and educational programs
- Work closely with our team in day-to-day operations
- Delight children with play and learning activities
- Aid children’s personal and educational development
- Follow health and safety protocols
