Job Title: Nursery Key Worker

Location: Islington

Type: 35 hours a week, Shift rota basis 8-4 / 9.30-5.30 / 10-6

Salary: £18.00 an hour (dependant on experience and qualification levels)

This key worker role will involve working with children aged 2-3 years old, making observations, planning lessons and liaising with parents.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum level 2 of a relevant childcare qualification and Early Years experience (essential)
  • EYFS knowledge
  • Passion for child development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Paediatric First Aid Qualification (essential with qualification)
  • Driving license (preferred but not essential)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Foster a safe, nurturing space for children aged 0-5
  • Participate in engaging activities and educational programs
  • Work closely with our team in day-to-day operations
  • Delight children with play and learning activities
  • Aid children’s personal and educational development
  • Follow health and safety protocols
