Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Highly Experienced Registered Manager (or exceptional Deputy Manager) to lead and oversee our Beautiful Spacious High Spec Three-bedroom EBD Children’s Residential Home. This vital role involves ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care by providing strong leadership, effective management, and a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for child welfare, excellent management skills, and experience working within children’s residential home. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional care aligned with regulatory standards and best practices, creating a positive and supportive home for every child. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the leadership and management of the residential services for children and young people (8 to 17 years).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • One year leadership, management or supervision experience within Children's homes
  • 2 years’ experience working with children in Residential Care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or be willing to attain this within the first year of employment
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent(Preferred)
  • Must be person of Integrity and Good Character
