About us & this role
We’re an independent coffee shop chain based in Surbiton. We first opened in July 2019. We are opening two new shops soon in Athelstan Rec, Kingston and Victoria Rec, Surbiton.

We’re passionate about what we do and the service we provide, we also pride ourselves on being a fun workplace and we’re lucky enough to have such a great team here.

We are looking for a full time Cafe supervisor/barista to work at Athelstan Rec but we will need someone who is able to work shifts at Victoria Rec and Coffee on the Corner Surbiton.

The job would involve Barista duties which include serving customers, making coffees and prepare paninis along with assisting the manager with the running of the shop. Being the supervisor we need someone able to manage shifts, opening and closing the shop on their own, managing stock and checklists and assisting manager in ordering.

The ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate would be someone who lives locally, has a passion for hospitality and previous experience in this industry. If you think you’ve got what it takes, we would be happy to provide on site training.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
