Our Operations team sits within our wider Business Services Division. The team provide strategic and operational management across all sites to ensure the delivery of an industry leading, client-focused facilities management service (hard and soft services) including building and estates management, front of house, reception, cleaning services, catering, records and archive management, reprographics, health and safety and ESG.
Birketts are looking for an experienced kitchen assistant to join our catering team in Chelmsford. This is a part time position of 21 hours per week, with additional hours to cover annual leave.
Working alongside our Catering Manager you will help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and servery.
Your responsibilities will include:

preparing fresh salads, sandwiches, cake

preparing and serving breakfast, lunches and dinners for staff and clients

maintaining high standards of food hygiene, kitchen and servery cleanliness
