Chef de Partie (CDP) | Fleet | £30,000 - £32,000 per annum | Daytime Hours, No Late Nights

Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit a Chef de Partie for their busy daytime operation in Fleet. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you'll run your sections to a high standard, support the wider brigade, and have real scope to develop as the operator grows. It gets properly busy at peak times, so there's room to step up and show what you can do. If you're after a strong kitchen role that still gives you your evenings back, this is a real one.

What are we looking for from Chef de Partie candidates?

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie, or above
  • Confident running your own section and supporting the team around you
  • Solid standards and a hands-on approach
  • Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
  • Food Hygiene Level 2, Level 3 desirable
