We operate from beautiful head offices overlooking the river Ouse in Lewes, East Sussex.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Designer with a serious eye for craft — someone with brilliant design instincts, strong ideas and an obsession with the details that make work feel truly premium. You’ll create beautifully considered work across brand, campaigns, digital, Amazon and retail, helping us continually push the Ancient + Brave brand forward.

Alongside your core design skills, you’ll be a confident video editor, able to edit, grade and finish content with the same level of care you bring to your design work.

Reporting to our Head of Design, you’ll be part of a close, collaborative team, working across Creative, Performance, Digital, Amazon, Events and Retail.

YOU WILL

• Create exceptional brand and campaign design, bringing big creative ideas to lifewith impeccable craft and attention to detail

• Own high-quality Amazon design, including Brand Store, A+ content, Sponsored, Brand and DSP creative

• Create standout retail and point-of-sale design, translating the Ancient + Brave brand into premium physical experiences

• Design across key digital touchpoints, including email, paid social, e-commerce and organic

• Edit, grade and finish video content for campaigns, paid social, Amazon and organic when needed

• Be a senior creative voice, setting the bar for design, craft and consistency

• Use AI creative tools intelligently, exploring where they can genuinely enhance ideas, imagery and execution

• Thrive at pace, balancing multiple projects while keeping the quality bar exceptionally high

• Raise the standard across the team through thoughtful feedback, collaboration and a sharp creative eye

YOUR SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

Must-haves

• Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong portfolio spanning brand, campaign and digital creative

• Highly skilled across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Strong art direction and visual storytelling, with an exceptional eye for typography, composition and finish

• Confident editing video, with hands-on experience in Premiere Pro and a good working knowledge of After Effects

• Impeccable attention to detail, even when juggling multiple fast-moving projects

• A strong understanding of brand, with the ability to evolve a visual identity while maintaining consistency

• Confident using AI creative tools and curious about how emerging technology can elevate the creative process

• Experience designing across commercial channels, ideally including Amazon, paid social and retail/point-of-sale

Nice - to have's

• A shared interest in wellness, nutrition or responsibly made products

• Experience working with Notion

We're a fast-paced scale-up and being together in person makes a real difference to how we collaborate and move the business forward. We've worked hard to make our riverside office an inviting and genuinely enjoyable place to be, and we're proud of the environment we've created for our team.
