Sales Professionals / Self Employed Sales / Sales Design Consultants

OTE £50,000 - £100,000 p.a. (Next Courses July & August 2026)

Sharps Fitted Furniture, the UK’s No1 Fitted Furniture Company, are looking for self-employed sales professionals to join their busy sales team working within customer homes, designing and selling the bedrooms and home collections of their dreams.

Design skills including CAD are advantageous however not essential as full training is provided, but previous customer facing sales experience would be beneficial.

What We Are Looking For:

The ideal Sales Design Consultant will have a flair for design and will be a commercially driven professional who thrives on sales.

Your primary focus will be on B2C sales performance and customer relationship management.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in a target-driven sales environment, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs would be preferable.
  • Business Development: Proactive approach to B2C consultative selling.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to convert design concepts into high-value sales contracts.
  • Professional Requirements: You must have your own transport for travel to customer meetings, as well as your own laptop and telephone for daily sales activities.
  • Customer Management: Exceptional communication skills to build long-term rapport with a diverse customer base.
