deVOL Kitchens is one of the leading and most highly regarded kitchen companies in the UK, with manufacturing and design offices based in Leicestershire and London.

We are looking for highly motivated, capable, and experienced people to join our team of kitchen fitters and assist with the installation of our bespoke kitchens. Our installations are nationwide so we are looking for someone who is willing to commute with the understanding that they will be expected to stay away from home for most of the week. All accommodation will be paid for.

Your job at deVOL will involve:

  • Installation of our bespoke kitchens all around the country.
  • Completing all work to our high specifications.
  • Liaising with the installations office.

We would require you to have:

  • Good communication skills & well-presentable.
  • A good work ethic.
  • The ability to work from drawings.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to fit into a dynamic and highly motivated team.
  • A Full, clean driver's license.

We would love you to have:

  • Carpentry and Joinery experience.
  • Previous customer service experience.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and during your first year, you will receive training in the role and performance appraisals where your pay will be reviewed.

After this, we offer annual pay reviews and continued support from the team.

You will receive 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as life insurance, a wellness program, a cycle 2 work scheme, and company events.
