```Duties:```
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and fitting requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit metal components to assemble structural frameworks
- Weld or bolt components together to secure the structure
- Inspect completed structures and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate completion of projects
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools effectively
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during fitting processes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
