Self-Employed Kitchen Fitter (Contracts)

Job Overview

With nearly 50 years of experience, System Six Kitchens is a family-run manufacturer and retailer of stylish, bespoke kitchens and bedrooms. The System Six Contracts team are looking for self-employed kitchen fitters to dry-fit our high-quality kitchens into new build properties for ongoing and upcoming developments across the Southwest.

Competitive rates to be paid on a job-by-job basis. We are specifically looking for installers who already live in Devon or Somerset, candidates who do not reside in these counties or are within a 45 min commutable distance will not be considered.

We have specific installation opportunities within the following areas:

- Exeter, North Devon, Plymouth.

Responsibilities

Dry-fitting high-quality kitchens to an exceptional standard in New Build Properties.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Excellent Interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with the System Six Contracts Team as well as the wider site teams.

- Working closely to plans and measurements provided to you by the design and project team whilst demonstrating a hands-on approach to help overcome obstacles.

- Demonstrate a professional manner and promotion of the company image at all times.

Requirements

- Must live within Devon or Somerset and be willing to travel to our site locations.

- Must be CSCS carded (Minimum Standard: Blue card).

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience Installing site kitchens and bedrooms.

- Own van/vehicle.

- 110 volt or battery powered tools.

- Class M dust extraction.

- Appropriate insurances.

- References or examples of completed work.
