Full job description

Experienced Self-Employed Kitchen Fitters

£300 per day, paid weekly | Regular work and long-term opportunities
North Wales and along the M56 corridor | Full-time or part-time availability

Take pride in your fitting? We’d like to build a long-term working relationship with you.

Transform Your Kitchen Ltd is an established, family-run kitchen refurbishment company with over 25 years’ experience. We’re looking for skilled, reliable self-employed kitchen fitters who care about the details and want to work with a company that values quality workmanship.

As our business grows, we want to build lasting relationships with fitters we can trust people who treat customers’ homes with respect and leave every kitchen finished to a standard they’re proud of.

Well-organised jobs, so you can focus on fitting

Good fitting starts with good preparation. Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • £300 per day, paid weekly under the CIS scheme.
  • Regular refurbishment projects, with the opportunity to develop a long-term working relationship.
  • Jobs surveyed in advance by an experienced kitchen fitter, with practical knowledge of what the installation involves.
  • Kitchens delivered to site on the first morning of fitting.
  • Rubbish collected on the final day, saving you the hassle of arranging disposal.
  • A family-run business that values your skill, reliability and attention to detail.
  • Opportunities for fitters with full-time or part-time availability.

The work

Our projects focus on transforming existing kitchens, including replacement doors, worktops and wider refurbishments in private customers’ homes.

This work suits someone who enjoys achieving a precise finish from neatly fitted doors and carefully finished worktops to the small details that make the whole kitchen look right.

Who we’re looking for

You should be an experienced fitter who can confidently complete kitchen refurbishment work to a high standard, work independently and communicate professionally with customers.

You’ll need:

  • A proven track record in kitchen fitting and relevant carpentry work.
  • Strong practical skills and a careful, methodical approach to finishing.
  • Basic plumbing skills, including replacing existing sinks and taps.
  • Reliability and the ability to work to agreed schedules.
  • A clean, tidy approach and respect for customers’ homes.
  • Your own van and a suitable range of tools for kitchen fitting and refurbishment work.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to projects across our working area.

We’re looking for fitters we can work with for years to come. If you take pride in your work and value well-organised projects, we’d like to hear from you.
