Kitchen Fitter jobs in Horncastle

About us
Oakmoor Interiors is an interior design studio with showrooms in Lincoln and Oakham. We design and install high-end kitchens and bespoke, made-to-order furniture for clients who notice every detail. We’re looking for a fitter whose work matches that standard.

The role
You’ll install our kitchens and bespoke furniture in clients’ homes, working from our designers’ drawings. These aren’t flat-pack jobs. Expect premium materials, tight tolerances, scribing to imperfect walls, and finishes that have to be right first time. You’ll often be the face of Oakmoor in the client’s home, so how you work and communicate matters as much as how you fit.

What you’ll do

• Fit high-end kitchens and bespoke furniture accurately from technical drawings and specifications
• Spot problems on site early, before they become expensive, and raise them with the design team
• Work closely with our designers and project manager to keep installs on time and on spec
• Leave every site clean, safe and properly finished

What you’ll need

• Proven experience fitting high-end or bespoke kitchens, not just standard ranges
• Confidence working from technical drawings, plans and specifications
• Experience with premium materials and finishes
• A strong understanding of building methods, so you can adapt when a site doesn’t match the plan
• A tidy, professional and safety-conscious approach in occupied homes
