Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Chigwell, Essex.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Bathroom Fitter to take ownership of high-quality bathroom and kitchen installations across East London and Essex. This is a long‑term opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in their workmanship and can work independently on residential projects.

This role is open to both PAYE and self‑employed candidates, offering excellent earning potential and consistent work.

Key Responsibilities

• Full installation of bathrooms and kitchens from start to finish
• Leading installations on residential projects
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and finish
• Reading and working from technical drawings and plans
• Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Liaising professionally with clients and site teams

Requirements – Must Have

• Minimum 10 years’ experience fitting bathrooms and kitchens
• Proven experience as a Lead Fitter or senior installer
• Own transport and full set of tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for projects
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach

Pay & Benefits

• PAYE: £45,000 – £50,000 per year
• Self‑Employed: £300 – £400 per day
• Ongoing, stable workload

Location & Work Pattern

• Based in Chigwell, Essex
• Projects across East London and surrounding areas
• Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
