With a reputation for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, we are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Finishing Joiner to join us in producing beautiful, functional spaces that our clients will love for years to come.
Role Overview
As a Finishing Joiner, you will play a vital role in our workshop and on-site projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision in the installation of bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and other joinery projects. You will work collaboratively with our design and production teams to bring our clients’ visions to life, providing a seamless finish that exceeds expectations. A team of two would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and finish bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and joinery products with attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
- Work from detailed drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Collaborate closely with our designers and workshop team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site, providing solutions and communicating effectively with clients and team members.
- Contribute to continual improvement processes and uphold the company's commitment to quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Joiner or similar role, ideally in the bespoke furniture or cabinetry sector.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A valid driving license is desirable.
