Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bathroom Fitter and Kitchen Installer to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including bathroom and kitchen installations, plastering, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, and more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Bathroom Installation: Install sanitary ware, baths, showers, sinks, and other fixtures with precision and attention to detail.
  • Kitchen Installation: Install cabinetry, countertops, sinks, and kitchen appliances according to specifications.
  • Plastering: Apply and finish coats of plaster on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
  • Tiling: Install a variety of tiles on walls, floors, and splashbacks, ensuring proper preparation (including tanking).
  • Plumbing: Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Carpentry: Construct, install, and repair kitchen and bathroom structures, cabinets, and fittings.
  • Fabrication: Build and assemble structures and components using appropriate tools and materials.
  • Tool Usage: Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and project plans to ensure accurate execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in both bathroom fitting and kitchen installation.
  • Proficiency in plastering techniques and applications.
  • Advanced tiling skills, including working with diverse materials and preparing areas for installation.
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and repair methods.
  • Carpentry skills for building and installing custom kitchen and bathroom elements.
  • Familiarity with cabinetry assembly and kitchen appliance installations.
  • Ability to fabricate and assemble components with precision.
  • Competence in using a wide range of hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to accurately interpret schematics and blueprints.
