Full job description
We are seeking to employ a highly motivated, friendly and skilled joiner for the fitting of kitchens, joinery and flooring. The position is full time minimum 40hrs/pw.
You will be responsible for all aspects of site work which must be completed to the highest of standards with a shared passion to create a beautiful product for our clients. The candidate must be self motivated, having a calm and professional manner will also be key to achieving this role.
Experienced site joinery skills are essential.
Roll - Planning and Fitting
- Fitting to the highest of standards
- Liaising with the project manager and client
- Site reports to be generated including images on a daily basis
- Proactive with on site solutions
- Meetings with project manger and foreman prior to installation to gain an overall perspective of the fit
- Final site measuring and inspection prior to kitchen manufacture.
- Creating a dynamic relationship with the kitchen design and production sectors of The Main Company for continuous and incremental improvements
- Ensuring clients receive the best possible service from The Main Company
- Site work
- Working away on a regular basis. York is the workshop headquarters.
- Fitting of bespoke kitchens, joinery and flooring to a high standard
- Surface Preparation Including Caulking, filling and sanding if and when required
