Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Experienced Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment that allows chefs and food service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, work surfaces, equipment, and utensils to meet health and safety standards
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients under supervision
  • Support the food service team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring smooth service flow during busy periods
  • Handle food items safely, adhering to proper storage and sanitation procedures in line with food handling regulations
  • Support catering and banquet events by setting up serving stations and assisting with cleanup afterward
  • Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimal use
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and uphold a positive work environment

Experience
