Full job description

We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team. Responsible for assisting in a busy Kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and team in ensuring basic cleaning jobs are carried out effectively and quickly. Collect and wash all necessary pots, pans and equipment to ensure the Chefs can move quickly onto the next task.

Responsible for cleaning food preparation areas, equipment and unloading food and equipment deliveries. Keep storeroom organised, clean and tidy, empty bins and ensure all work surfaces, wall and floors are sanitised and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

A key role in our team, you will assist in other areas of the Kitchen in preparation of food when necessary.

Previous experience essential - 1 year minimum
