Full job description

Duties:

  • Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
  • Collect and wash up pots and pans.
  • Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
  • Unload food and equipment deliveries.
  • Keep the storeroom organised.
  • keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.

Personal Specification:

  • Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
  • Have high standards and a great work ethic
  • Work alongside your kitchen team, and demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
  • Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day tasks
