We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Staff at our, As a member of the kitchen team, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking our delicious dishes, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and dishes according to our recipes and cooking practices

Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, ensuring that all dishes meet our standards for taste, appearance, and portion size.

Stock Management: Assist in inventory management by notifying the supervisor of low stock items and maintaining appropriate stock levels

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintain a clean and organised workstation, and follow proper handling procedures for all ingredients, equipment, and utensils.

Cleaning & Maintenance: Regularly clean, maintain, and report any issues with kitchen equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.

Work closely with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, assisting with any tasks or responsibilities as required.

Adherence to Regulations: Follow health and safety regulations, including sanitation protocols, personal hygiene practices, and any other relevant guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred but not essential. Willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.

Familiarity cooking techniques, spices, and flavour profiles is a plus.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate food preparation and maintain consistent quality standards.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high productivity levels during busy periods.
