About our school:

Bryn Tirion Hall School is an Independent School for boys and girls aged from 7 to 18 years. The learners who attend have a range of additional learning needs from social and emotional to ADHD and ASD, some may have complex needs.

Our curriculum is designed to enrich pupils academically, culturally, morally, and socially. We pride ourselves on high expectations, a commitment to enhanced pupil progress and high-quality teaching and learning.

We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to support the existing catering team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, food preparation and lunch service.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a catering/school environment
  • Support meal preparation, considering dietary requirements and food allergies
  • Monitor food temperatures to ensure safe food handling practices are followed
  • Serve meals to pupils and staff in a busy school environment
  • Assist with the setup and clean-up of the lunchroom
