Overview
Hadden Hill Golf Club is a welcoming, well-established club located in the heart of Oxfordshire. Known for its friendly atmosphere and beautifully maintained course, we offer a relaxed yet professional environment for golfers and guests alike. Our clubhouse is a hub for members, visitors, and private events – from weekend breakfasts to society lunches, and private functions.

We are now seeking a passionate Chef / Cook to work within our kitchen team and elevate the food offering across all areas of the club.

Duties

  • Prepare and deliver a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and occasional dinners or event catering
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory control and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Help accommodate special dietary needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Sous Chef in a commercial kitchen
  • Passion for delivering quality, freshly prepared food
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety standards (Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings for events
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
